Love line of jewelry with the screws motif and screwdriver to symbolize a locked-up love. The Cartier Love Collection was reborn in addition to the classic Love bracelet. The original collection debuted in the 1970s and was designed to represent enduring love because it was fastened with a tiny, sturdy screw, which required an equally tiny screwdriver to open and close it. The screwdriver is disguised as a pendant. The collection offers jewelry in platinum, white gold, yellow gold, pink gold and can include various precious stones. The floral touches are not the only nods to the mondaine as white gold, black ceramic, onyx, mother-of-pearl and black sapphires add luster to the play of black against white, and vice versa.
