Swiss watchmaker Concord at the upcoming Baselworld 2009, on Thursday, March 26 is going to reveal their latest confidential model of the most expensive luxury watches - C1 QuantumGravity. The C1 QuantumGravity is the first Bi-Axial Tourbillon, which will stand outside of the watch titanium case and bridges which feature a unique system of supporting cables. Concord C1 QuantumGravity has an “Officer” caseback that reveals a sapphire crystal exhibition window, where a structure of strikingly right-angled bridges with open-worked structures greet the eye.
With an aerial bi-axial tourbillon mechanism, a structure which uses space as its core material, a 3-D dial, functional elements fitted to the side of the case, and an industrial and minimalist spirit, Concord C1 QuantumGravity defies all laws, including those of horological logic and, above all, those of gravity. The dimensions of the luxury watch: 47.5mm in diameter, and over 22mm in height. Via:  c1-quantum.ch |
