Kurt Rappaport, top realtor, co-founder of the Beverly Hills-based Westside Estate Agency, put for sale his Beverly Hills home near the Beverly Hills Hotel. This most expensive house was designed by renown Hollywood decorator Waldo Fernandez. Beverly Hills 8 bedroom estate contains 9 ½ bathrooms, a gym, wine cellar, and a theater. It occupies nearly three-quarters of an acre and is approximately 15,000 square feet.
In additional to all the bedrooms, bathrooms, and extra amenities, the house also has flat lawns, a guest house, gardens, and an infinity pool. In 2008, Rappaport bought the house for $13.2 million and put it back on the market in February for a generous amount of $28.5 million. This transaction was the highest in Beverly Hills, since he sold his last home to Tom Cruise for $30.5 million. Today the residence is available for about $24 million. Via:  latimes |
