The most expensive house in Dubai will be sold for really record price - $30 million. The 60-storey penthouse is a luxury hotel. It was designed by British interior designer Kelly Hoppen, one of Architectural Digest’s top 100 interior designers. The development will be situated in the midst of five-star marinas, hotels, the Atlantis resort and Cirque du Soleil.
The towers stand on a four-storey bisected podium, converging at the 40th floor to create the building’s diamond-shaped pinnacle. The stainless steel and glass structure may become the tallest structure on the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah.
