The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte hotel at Bank of America Center will be opened in October, 2009. The Bank of America is going to open in October, 2009 an eco-friendly luxury hotel Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte, North Carolina. Future most expensive hotel is a 18-story building that includes 147 rooms with bi-level, penthouse with a spa and can accommodate 480 dinner guests.
The Ritz-Carlton hotel was built to comply with strict environmental standards set by the Green Building Council, including water and energy efficiency, sustainability and indoor air quality goals. The hotel will be so green that the custom-designed employee uniforms consist of fabric made from regenerated plastic bottles. This luxury hotel is being built in conjunction with the bank’s new 32-floor office tower with an estimated price tag of $450 million.
