115m LUNA yacht with no doubt can be called the second lagest after ECLIPSE from a 2009 range of private boats. It was launched by German commercial ship builder Lloydwerft in collaboration with Stahlbau Nord Shipyards. The luxury expedition yacht is irreplaceable in long range expedition cruising in the world’s most impressive and remote areas. The huge boat can be operated remotely from support for extended periods and it also features various peripheral yachting equipments.
115 meter Luna explorer motoryacht has a number 111 for Lloydwerft. It was commissioned by a well known yacht owner. This yachtsman also owns several other large motor boats. After its final outfitting and sea trials the luxury expedition yacht will be delivered late 2009 and early 2010.
