A supercar features carbon fiber-reinforced plastic body and a 552-horsepower, 4.8-liter V-10 engine. That prodigious oomph reaches the rear wheels through a six-speed sequential transmission—rear-mounted to help the car achieve its target 48/52-percent fore/aft weight distribution.
