Luxury jewelry designer Roberto Coin launched his Animalier Collection. He created it with diamonds, gold, silver, and enamel, with occasional appearances by other precious materials like onyx and tiger’s eye, the collection is full of vibrancy, sparkle, and organic earthy inspiration. Most of all I liked giraffe items.

The first set includes a ring, earrings, cuff bracelet and cuff links, with the giraffe print enameled on gold. The second set is even more elaborate; the giraffe pattern is made using inlayed tiger’s eye with added diamonds for extra bling. The Roberto Coin ‘Animalier’ collection also includes gorgeous designs inspired by the patterns of leopard fur and turtle shells.

New Cartier Love Collection includes Cartier bracelets, cuffs, rings and engagement / wedding bands, pendants, necklaces, earrings, charms and chains and watches. Love line of jewelry with the screws motif and screwdriver to symbolize a locked-up love. The Cartier Love Collection was reborn in addition to the classic Love bracelet. The original collection debuted in the 1970s and was designed to represent enduring love because it was fastened with a tiny, sturdy screw, which required an equally tiny screwdriver to open and close it. The screwdriver is disguised as a pendant. The collection offers jewelry in platinum, white gold, yellow gold, pink gold and can include various precious stones. You can’t purchase online, but you can find out where to buy Love jewelry at a Cartier boutique.

The floral touches are not the only nods to the mondaine as white gold, black ceramic, onyx, mother-of-pearl and black sapphires add luster to the play of black against white, and vice versa. Cartier’s inheritance from the early part of the 20th Century is on full display here, as is the maison’s mastery of the grammar of geometry (with nods to Art Deco). We leave you with the sentiments of Jean Cocteau – the artist for whom Cartier created a sword: “Cartier, the subtle magician, who dangles slivers of the moon on a thread of sun.”

This most expensive pearls necklace looks like an elegant but ordinary string of pearls. It took 10 years for Japanese jeweler Mikimoto to find the right pearls for this necklace. It was a really hard work! The 18-inch-long strand is composed of 27 perfectly matched, perfectly round White South Sea pearls) and bears a “heart-stopping” luster, Mikimoto says.

The peals are extremely rare and of AAA quality. These South Sea pearls are stunning with the satin like luster. The most expensive pearls necklace is complemented by a gorgeous art deco oval clasp with 11.92 carats of diamonds. It’s available for a limited time at MIKIMOTO New York for $1 million.

We’ve seen lots of premier jewelry for the last time, but this utterly stunning Zip Necklace from Van Cleef’s Collection Une Journée à Paris is totally original and marvellous. And if you ever wanted to incorporate a zipper, diamonds and maybe a necklace, your dream has finally come true!

It’s origins are in a celebration of the humble zipper AKA the closure system that was first used on aviator jackets and sailors uniforms in the 1930s. It was from here that in 1939 the Duchess of Windsor suggested to Renée Puissant, the brilliant creative director and daughter of Estelle and Alfred, that someone should make a piece inspired by this clever device. This luxury good can be worn as a necklace when opened, and a beautiful bracelet when you close that amazing zipper. And no info about really high price!
