Designed by Stuart Hughes of Liverpool U.K. in collaboration with exklusivHAUS of Zug Switzerland.

Residing on a secret location in Switzerland near the Italian border the house was constructed.
Kevin Huber of exklusivHAUS approached Stuart Hughes, for this huge project for one of their own clients who wanted something out the ordinary.

Rooms: 8 rooms, covers Land off: 2442m2, Living space:725m2,Terrace:388m2,Cellar (with special wine-stone-cellar):245m2 and 4 parking places in a Garage.
However what makes this the most bespoke living place, is its made from over 200 kilograms of solid gold and platinum fixtures and fittings

Specially designed flooring, right throughout are made from meteoric stone with shavings of original Dinosaur bone from the 65 million year of Raptor, the T-REX! Embedded in each tile.
The job took 5 and a half years to complete At a cost of ÂŁ 7.5 million.

One Hyde Park penthouse is one of the most expensive properties priced at ÂŁ140 million. It has a premium location with the famous number 1 Hyde Park address, Knightsbridge. According to the Wall Street Journal some Indonesian buyer is going to buy a ten-bedroom 48,000-square-foot mansion in Bel Air, California for around $50 million. It would set a record for the top sale in the U.S. The previous record was set by Texas energy executive Kelcy Warren’s $46.5 million buy in Colorado in April. The 10-bedroom, 14-bathroom home sits on 2.2 acres. It has a ballroom seating more than 200, a music room, a swan pond, rose gardens, an infinity pool, large spa, outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, fireplaces and courtyard dining for 100 guests.

The home has a reception hall, formal living and dining rooms, an informal dining room, a family room with a bar lounge, a music room, a library, 5,000 bottle wine cellar and tasting room, a ballroom, commercial kitchen, screening room, game room and a Moroccan room. The seller is Los Angeles developer Mohamed Hadid, who constructed Ritz-Carlton hotels in the 1980s and now builds massive homes in L.A., Mexico and elsewhere. Mr. Hadid has said he spent $59 million to build the home for his own use. The buyer’s identity could not be learned.

Celebrity American rapper and producer Kanye West has put for sale his three-story, 4,214-square foot home in Los Angeles, CA. He bought the property for $1.75 million in 2003. West envisioned the house to be “a cross between a museum and a Louis Vuitton boutique.” Materials used on the floors include travertine and French walnut. The kitchen was designed to have a lounge-like look and the ceilings were raised to have the feel of a loft.

Anyone into shoes might drool over his closet, which features 8-foot-high sliding racks for West’s collection of athletic shoes, said to number close to 200. Ultra-modern, the rapper’s domicile comes with a bathtub in one of his three-and-a-half bathrooms that has a large vertical fish tank on it on one end. Kurt Rappaport, top realtor, co-founder of the Beverly Hills-based Westside Estate Agency, put for sale his Beverly Hills home near the Beverly Hills Hotel. This most expensive house was designed by renown Hollywood decorator Waldo Fernandez. Beverly Hills 8 bedroom estate contains 9 ½ bathrooms, a gym, wine cellar, and a theater. It occupies nearly three-quarters of an acre and is approximately 15,000 square feet.

In additional to all the bedrooms, bathrooms, and extra amenities, the house also has flat lawns, a guest house, gardens, and an infinity pool. In 2008, Rappaport bought the house for $13.2 million and put it back on the market in February for a generous amount of $28.5 million. This transaction was the highest in Beverly Hills, since he sold his last home to Tom Cruise for $30.5 million. Today the residence is available for about $24 million.
