Yamaha’s Star V-Max bike for 2009 gets a whole new design and gets some serious muscle with a throaty 1679cc four cylinder engine. The engine is coupled with a five speed transmission and a hydraulically activated clutch that makes downshifts while braking from speed much smoother.
Other features include a lightweight cast aluminum frame, Monocross rear suspension, and Brembo designed master cylinders. Price: $18,000.
